Mia Margherita’s coal-fired oven celebrates pizza in its original intention. Our pizza dough is made in house. Every pizza is hand stretched and tossed by our pizzaiolos in front of our guests. The intensity of the coal-fired heat allows us to produce a very light, beautifully crispy, Neapolitan-style pizza. Moisture is retained at the center of the pie, so it's slightly chewy, too, giving our customers the best of both worlds. Mia Margherita also serves a variety of classic Italian dishes. I highly recommend Bourbon Prime. My husband and I stay regularly in Morgantown as we drive from NYC to Lexington KY to see family. Bourbon Prime is now one of my favorite restaurants! The food (we all had steak) was delicious (main and sides) and readable priced for quality and portion size. The wine selection is small but solid and, again, very reasonably priced. And the service is EXCELLENT—friendly and efficient. We look forward to our next meal there!

We had a graduation celebration for my son. The service was amazing and so was the food. Very crowded because of other celebrations but the restaurant handled it very well. Extremely happy with our experience.
