The place was slammed. Of course it was, it was Saturday night before christmas. Our server had his hands full, but he juggled effortlessly with a personality that was top notch! Drew was fantastic and the food as always was top notch!

This was our second time dining at Bar Mar and we absolutely loved it both times! The ambiance, hostess staff, cocktails, wine selection, caviar cones, and too many items on the food menu to name! Our waiter Alex was so attentive and didn’t rush us. And who can forget the Bar - just spectacular! Would definitely return.

Tastefully decorated, marvelous service, that was not in your face,food served timely and extremely well prepared! Will definitely come back the next time we’re in Chicago.

Fantastic experience. May be the best meal and service I have ever had. 4 filets with broccolini and penne pasta sides were perfect. The tiramisu was amazing. It is my wife’s favorite and she said it was the best tiramisu she has had. Loved the ambiance and character of the restaurant. Our server was absolutely fantastic.

The food at Gibsons Italia is always exceptional, matched only by the stunning view. The focaccia and prosciutto appetizer is a must-try every time. The ambiance is unparalleled, making it the perfect spot to impress out-of-town guests. Lydia took excellent care of us, providing top-notch service throughout the evening.
