Food and service were excellent. There were 3 of us and we ordered the elk tenderloin, the salmon and the chicken dish. I had the elk, the best game dish I have ever enjoyed. My companions were equally happy with their dishes. We will be back!

The best aged steak that I ever ate. The Ahi Tuna my companion had was equally the best she has had, as well. Service was impeccable, by Candace. To top it off the chocolate tart ( complimentary ) we had for dessert, to celebrate my birthday,, was scrumptious!! This is one of the best steak houses in Salt Lake area.

A friend came into town on a Tuesday and this was a last minute decision. Thank goodness there was plenty availability at 5pm! We ordered the burrata, Caesar salad, meatballs, veal saltimbocca, and bolognese. Everything was absolutely divine. I was especially impressed by the bolognese; it was perhaps one of the most delicate and complex I have ever had, featuring their homemade pasta. And we were dressed casually! What a lovely evening.

This was the best experience so far. I had put in the notes to the reservation that I’m doing a “self date”. When I got to the table there was a card there that said “we <3 a self date”. It was a small touch, but it meant more than I would have expected. I eat alone quite often and this was something new.

From the moment we walked into Tuscany, we were treated wonderfully to beautiful decor, attentive service, and extremely delicious food. What a wonderful experience it was. We were celebrating our birthdays, and we felt we were treated like royalty! Everyone enjoys that once in a while. Drinks and courses came with perfect timing, and every bite was delectable. I love this place; you can sense that employees here are happy and well treated, and that gift of sweet treatment is handed down to the customer. Our waiter told us he has been waiting tables at Tuscany for 25 years! That’s quite amazing. Tuscany is a treasure.
