A special shoutout to our server, Emerson, who truly elevated our evening with her outstanding service. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure every aspect of our meal was perfect. We had a great meal at Mizu. Particularly liked the scallops and the 1,000 Snowflakes sake. Hamachi kama was delicious. We will be returning for our next special occasion.

We always have a great experience at Roosters. The food there is better than at any other restaurant in Charlotte. The service is excellent every time.

I cannot remember the lady manager working on 12/23 at 4:30, but absolutely amazing. She was exceptional and very attentive to the patrons of the restaurant. Inessa and the server assistant were phenomenal. It was my first time visiting but I will definitely be back because their customer service was excellent!!!

Just a really well-run place. Good food, service and value. Our server was very busy but did a great job and was sweet and efficient. The food was delicious and we left stuffed. Always a pleasure. If I had one complaint it would be that the booths to the right of the main floor are pretty rundown and uncomfortable. The hostess relocated us without complaint.
