- RRyanVIPPhiladelphia County •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWe were greeted upon our arrival by the host staff and were seated immediately despite the fact that we were 30 minutes early for our reservation. While a restaurant may not always be able to accommodate this, it was certainly appreciated. Our waitress Mary Kate promptly received us at the table. She was friendly, engaging, and delivered an excellent experience. The sommelier Robert did a wonderful job interacting with our table and helping us enjoy our wine selection. There were serval other staff members involved in serving our food and clearing our table throughout the meal who were also wonderful and attentive. In addition, a manager checked on our table to ensure we were enjoying our meal (which we were thanks to the incredible team at Parc!) The food was delicious! We enjoyed appetizers, entrees, and desserts… all of our orders were prepared perfectly! (There was also a member of our party with significant dietary restrictions, which the staff went above and beyond to accommodate) I was hosting this meal for work colleagues from out of town and they raved about the experience. I ensured them we will be back in the spring when they can open the windows and take in the lovely open air outdoor experience Parc offers during the warmer months of year. They’re already looking at dates for our next meeting!More infoParcPrice: Expensive• French• Rittenhouse Square•4.8
- MMichaelVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •273 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoI save "outstanding" for restaurants where there is a memorable dish, something I'll think about months or even years after I've eaten it. That's the mussels appetizer at Gran Cafe Aquila. They are so good, steamed in a spicy red sauce that I could eat as a soup. I've been getting to Philadelphia a few times a year lately and I always look forward to returning to this restaurant for the mussels. I think about them when I am not in Philadelphia, too. Everything else is good, too, sometimes great. We had the carbonara and caccio e pepe last night and both were delicious. Also a charming wait staff, perfect martini, great gelato and a nice little Italian market with lots of tempting treats to take home. It's not fancy or haute cuisine, just really good food in a fun, friendly atmosphere.More infoGran Caffe L'Aquila Philadelphia Italian RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Italian• Center City•4.8

- EEllenVIPPhiladelphia County •10 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoStarted with Burrata which had the most flavorful salad accompanying it. Followed up with broccoli and cheese omelette with potatoes. Omelette was beautifully done in a French omelette fashion and potatoes crispy and fluffy. Service was impeccableMore infoThe LovePrice: Expensive• American• Rittenhouse Square•4.8
