Rebirth delivered phenomenal food that was well worth the wait. While the wait time for service was a bit lengthy, the entrees more than made up for it with their exceptional flavors and presentation. Highly recommended for those who value quality dining!

Everyone was friendly and warm! More delicious food than we could eat! If you have a chance to celebrate a birthday here, just know that you will have a blast! Couldn’t have ended our stay on a brighter note than this charming, delightful restaurant! (And try the Bananas Foster, even if you don’t especially like bananas, the sauce even just on the vanilla ice cream, the story, it’s worth it even if you end up feeding most of the banana to your dining companion. ^_^) Six star service!

This is perhaps the best restaurant I have ever eaten at. It is a high end place but the value for the quality is excellent. The food was outstanding from the warm biscuits to the fabulous lobster dumplings to the Pompano fish to the bread pudding dessert. All four of us raved about our meals. The servers were wonderful. The noise level was pretty high. One server did put the entre and the dessert in front if the wrong person but that's the only possible criticism I can offer. This was an amazing dining experience.
