As always, Carson’s was amazing!! Food, service, cocktails, on point!! We love Carson’s on Main for several reasons, but the staff definitely makes us come back. We were in Friday for dinner and learned that our favorite soup would be on for the next day. So we had to come in tonight as well. Your management - Amanda and Tammy are always wonderful with customers and always make us feel welcome any time we are in, which is a lot… the food, service and ambiance never disappoints at Carson’s on Main.

It was good. We arrived at our reservation on time and we have never had to wait more than 1 minute when arriving and we had to wait 20 minutes after our reservation and others without a reservation had to wait 50. It still is a better time but what’s the point of making a reservation when your waiting over 20 mins especially when we have eaten here more than 20 times and never had to wait this long with reservations. Food was great like normal but the staff seemed frantic and running around short handed and took a long time for everything.

Had dinner with my husband and a good friend tonight. Started with shrimp cocktail and oysters, both were great. We all had steaks. I had the surf and turf special, which I usually steer away from, it was wonderful. The NY strip was probably the best steak I’ve ever had. Lobster was perfectly cooked. Sides: mashed potatoes (pro tip: with truffle), Brussels sprouts (heavily roasted and crispy) and mushrooms (nice mix, could use a little seasoning, but still great). Great wine list, impeccable service, finished with a piece on butter pie. Perfect sweet ending.

Had a wonderful evening with our family to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We were sat in the round (serviced by bar staff). Jeremy was great. Service was timed/paced perfect to enjoy your drink/s and salad course. Entrees were solid, they know how to cook a steak to your exact order. They even served my wife a complimentary birthday sundae that was big enough to share and very good to boot! Thanks to everyone there, we will definitely come back!

OBC is one of my favorite places to eat! We had an amazing experience and really great food. Trevor was our server, and he was awesome! We didn’t feel rushed or pressured into ordering anything. The halibut was so tasty and the craft cocktails were delicious! 10/10
