- NNatalieJacksonville / Northeast Florida •5 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoServers at the restaurant were great. So were the hostesses inside. Food and tea were delicious as always. The gal checking reservations at the entrance to the hotel to admit guests inside could use a refresher in customer service. How about welcome guests warmly with a smile? Say hello or good morning? Make eye contact? Literally anything other than the cold front she put on. Maybe she hates her job? For paying $500+ for tea time lunch you shouldn’t act like we’re inconveniencing you. She also didn’t offer the lift for my stroller and just watched us struggle carrying it up the stairs and no one grabbed the door to help. They stand on the stairs looking down on people trying to come inside like they’re better than everyone else. That part is odd.More infoThe Palm Court at The Plaza HotelPrice: Very Expensive• American• Midtown East•4.4
- JJ. pauletteCharlotte •3 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoI enjoyed my visit to the Red Rooster yesterday. The temperature, taste and quantity of food was very good. Most of the dishes we experienced was excellent. We tasted several of the menu selections. Loved the deviled eggs, fried chicken and jerk salmon . Service was very professional but friendly. The price for the quality of the food we ate was more than welcomed. I loved my experience at Red Rooster and would choose this restaurant again if I’m in this area again.More infoRed Rooster HarlemPrice: Moderate• Bar / Lounge / Bottle Service• Harlem•4.7

- Bbb86New York City •16 reviews4.0Dined on Feb 15, 2018It was my husband and I first time doing this for valentines day. I wish they had played some nice music made a little more romantic. The person that waited on us was a sweet heart. They should had someone taking orders and making sure everything was okay. That poor child had to take our orders and the people coming in for takeout orders also. That's a lot for one person. All in all it was an okay experience.More infoWhite Castle - Bronx - Westchester AvePrice: Moderate• American• Longwood•4.7
