We visit with every trip and over 10 years, have only had a bad experience once. Today we had Samantha helping us and she was really hustling while still taking time to be super helpful and attentive. We will definitely be back and we will also try their sister restaurants.

If you're looking for a comforting mini getaway dining experience, The Cork kitchen is a must. Scenery overlooking beautiful stream and vineyards along with abundance of maple trees make the overall experience soothing and relaxing. The overall menu is delicately managed as it is subtle in variety. The ambiance is great, it's rather delicate noise levels make the dining experience comforting but loud enough to feel at ease. Make a visit and enjoy. Totally worth it.

The Gambling Cowboy has been our go to place for special occasions for many years and has never been a disappointment. Once again, the food and service were excellent! This is the best place in Temecula to eat and celebrate, by far.

Other than the very loud group next to our table, the experience was great. I made a last minute reservation, was 15 minutes late, and was still able to secure my table through text to indicate I was on my way. The food and drinks were great, especially the Brussels sprouts. I just wish they would reconsider how the Caesar salad is presented. And thanks to Joseph, our waiter.
