I initially felt a sense of hospitality on the phone when making a reservation; that hospitality was reinforced throughout the evening by the genuine warmth and confidence of the chef and staff. They are on top of their game and it shows. The menu is a superlative exploration of the chef's Italian Riviera background. It relies heavily on locally caught seafood and light (almost simplistic) compositions that skillfully accent the flavors of the high quality ingredients… Paradiso absolutely earned its stars. Not because of the meticulously clean and organized restaurant, nor the expert service, or even the amazing food and drink.     Absolutely beautiful decor , super clean , great friendly service and food was fresh and delicious! Enjoyed Thai steamed dumplings and Mongolian Beef this visit … usually have the Lobster Pad Thai or the Hawaiian Dancer , both excellent choices too !

    I've eaten at Nobu's Matsuhisa in Aspen many times and at Nobu London. I was hoping that the transition restaurant at Eau De Palm Beach would live up to its name. It totally did. The food was just the same highest quality both in unique flavors and presentation. The prices are, well, Nobu, but I am going here to have the "full monty" experience and was not disappointed. The sake menu has a number of size offerings for each type, which was a bit confusing. We picked a Nobu sake by the glass and, it was amazing. I'll be back when they move to a permanent setting in the hotel and, I am sure it will be amazing.

    We went for our 16th anniversary. Food and service were exceptional. Prices were high and most food was ala carte. Very nice for a special occassion. More options without truffle/mushrooms would be nice.
