They were very accommodating to our daughters food allergy and had a very good process to give her comfort that her food would not be cross contaminated. Really excellent experience.

Milestones is always our go-to! The food is consistently amazing, and everything I’ve tried there has been the best. The waitstaff has always been attentive, which makes the experience even better. I did give a 3 for ambiance because there were fruit flies, and the bathrooms were uncomfortably cold, which I hope can be addressed. That said, we absolutely love the brunch there! We had all the classic Benedicts, and they were absolutely delicious. Looking forward to our next visit!

We had a reso and were seated after just a minute or two. We were offered a free mini drink of prosecco which was a really nice start. We were waiting for a little bit before our server finally came back to us, but after that, she was great and the whole evening was a win. As a group of three, we shared an app that we all loved (the Szechuan chicken lettuce wraps) and then all of us really enjoyed our mains (a bowl, a burger, a steak). Specifically, the veggies with the steak had a deliciously roasted flavour with some char, and the harissa chicken in the bowl also had great flavour. We splurged and each ordered dessert and shared them, with not a complaint among us. Triple yums on the apple pie, chocolate molten cake, and the Italian donuts. The raspberry coulis, the ice creams, and the lemon cream on the sides were perfectly matched with the desserts. We ended the evening with full tummies and a bill of about $200, but every dollar was worth it. Surprisingly excellent meal, and the timing of the courses was perfect.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the distinct aroma of fresh pasta, sizzling meats, and fresh-baked breads filling the air. The layout of the store is impressive, offering a variety of Italian goods and fresh ingredients, but it’s the dining experience that really stands out. I started with a classic antipasto platter, which featured an array of cured meats, cheeses, and olives. Each item was carefully selected, and the quality was unmistakable—everything from the prosciutto to the pecorino was rich in flavor, perfectly complemented by the accompanying bread and honey. For the main course, I opted for a handmade pasta dish: pappardelle with a rich ragu. The pasta was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of bite. The ragu was hearty and flavorful, making each bite feel like a taste of authentic Italian comfort food. The portion sizes were generous, and I found myself savoring every forkful. To finish off the meal, I couldn’t resist the tiramisu. It was indulgent yet light, with the perfect balance of coffee flavor and creamy mascarpone. A true Italian classic. The service at Eataly Don Mills was impeccable. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring our experience was seamless from start to finish. It’s clear that the staff is passionate about Italian food and culture, making it feel like a little slice of Italy right in Toronto. VIVA ITALIA , VITA EATALY!

The dining and experience was the usual excellent quality, so keep that short. What i really wanted to mention is that my wife experienced a choking incident while dining. Very scary for her and all of our family. The response and assistance we received from the staff and the manager was incredible to say the least. One of the other waiters that was nearby dropped everything he was doing and RAN, and I mean RAN to get the manager who is trained for this situation. The manager is a big man, but he RAN to the table to provide assistance. By that time my wife expelled the object and was recovering, but I am confident if she had not this man would have known what to do to save her life! From that point his level of caring and compassion was something I have never experienced. My apologies but my wife is at work so I don't have your name sir, but we are forever grateful as to how you responded in our moment of need. Thank you Keg - manager, staff, of Leslie St Location.
