Restaurants near La Quinta Inn Omaha West

I was celebrating a birthday and wanted to go somewhere nice but not too pricey. I was so pleased with my choice. We made reservations for 8 p.m. and got seated quickly. Megan was friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent! An indulgent birthday dessert was offered and enjoyed without the loud Happy Birthday song. It was all quite lovely.

We love Spezia. Whenever we are in Omaha, we find a way to have dinner here. Our server Christine did a great job making us feel welcome: from getting the manager to find us some light in our very dark booth to checking in on us to make sure we were happy to refilling drinks without our asking. She promised to pace our meal and she delivered. Christine was attentive without being intrusive. The food here does not disappoint. The artichoke and crab dip arrived piping hot. The walleye was tender and flavorful. My son enjoyed the salmon. The restaurant was busy. I am glad the locals appreciate quality food and service. I know that my son and I do.

We dined here for Xmas Eve and it’s was the perfect spot. The environment is cozy and quiet so you can have a conversation with your whole table. The food was excellent and cooked perfectly. I recommend the salmon and steaks. We were also excited to see some traditional dishes from past Xmas eves with our grandma under the special Xmas Eve selections. My only constructive feedback was the courses were served too close together but it was a busy night for them.

We're pretty fortunate to eat at a lot of great places in Omaha and for the last 6 years we have chosen to have our Christmas Eve dinner at Fleming's. The steaks and lobster are always perfectly prepared and the staff is second to none.
