Great service. Great ambiance. Great starters lobster crab bisque. The steak Tartare in the past was great. This time terrible. Cooked egg rather than raw- possibly due to liability issues but lack of capers / significant spices inexcusable. Ground rather than chopped beef . Explanation was that the tartare was prepared “ Caribbean style “ which was funny to me and my Haitian table mate since we know nobody in the Caribbean eats raw beef - even rare. Great spot. But don’t order the steak Tartare

We have been dining here for several years and they never disappoint, however, this experience was incredible! John was our server and he was nothing short of perfection! He was funny, informative, and super attentive. Ask for him!

Eddie V’s consistently stands out, not just as a great restaurant but as a vibrant dining experience we can’t resist returning to. While the atmosphere is lively—some might call it overly-energetic—it’s all part of the experience. This isn’t the place for quiet conversation, but the buzz adds to the sense of occasion, making every visit feel celebratory. If you want a “quieter” experience, see if you can score a seat in their back dining room. It’s not available for small parties very often, but sometimes it is, and we love it. About the food and service…they’re exceptional. On the rare occasion something fell short, the general manager went above and beyond to make it right, showcasing a level of professionalism we truly admire. Eddie V’s is often seen as a “special occasion” spot, but we think it’s perfect for any night you want to treat yourself. If you go, ask for Aga—she’s warm, personable, and one of the most polished professionals we’ve had the pleasure of being served by. Highly recommended for a high-energy, first-class meal, whether it’s a big night out or just because you deserve something extraordinary.
