At first glance, you might think the name of Rouj Creole is misspelled. Besides “rouj” instead of “roux,” a quick scan of the new restaurant’s menu shows the word “gonbo” where you’d expect to find “gumbo.”But owner Stephen Hightower isn’t a bad speller.     My wife and I took our boys to celebrate one of their birthdays. Diana was our server and she was fantastic! Very personable and attentive - seriously ask for her! You could tell she wanted to do a good job. She also treated our boys the same as she treated us. The food was top notch, the salad bar was amazing. We even had 2 buffet managers come by to check on us. Believe it or not, the flank steak was my favorite, along with the crème brûlée for dessert.

    I had an amazing experience at SupplerClub in Baton Rouge! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The service was top-notch—our waiter was attentive, friendly, and really made us feel at home. As for the food, everything was absolutely delicious. Each dish was prepared perfectly, and the flavors were incredible. The presentation was on point too! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. I highly recommend SupplerClub to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a fantastic overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
