    We were celebrating an anniversary with family and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Orchid House. The red blend wine is outstanding and the food was fabulous. From appetizers (we had charcuterie, crab cakes and breaded shrimp - yum!) to entrees (halibut, salmon, chicken scallopini, short ribs and filet mignon) everything was so delicious.

    Everything was great…a couple joined us that had never been to Blue Canyon…they thanked us 5 times over the course of the meal and that evening for introducing them to the restaurant. So, very good in many different respects!
