    Best meal yet in the past year - a hard feat considering recently moving from the Chicago area. The NY strip was amazing and cooked perfectly. Very personable and attentive waitress. Immediately got in on time with our reservations. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

    Galley and Garden is an oasis of calm and warmth on a hilltop of Birmingham. From the moment we arrived and had our coats checked, throughout the entire meal, we felt a calmness and warmth that erased the rainy, cold days of traveling Birmingham and the surrounding area. I enjoyed the salmon. My husband enjoyed his steak. The wine selection was very good. The key lime pie served in a martini glass was a perfect size dessert for two of us to share. Our waiter and other staff were very attentive and friendly, but not intrusive. We were seated in the room to the right of the bar area. Very nice decor and ambiance. We would definitely return.
