The food was excellent, hot and fresh. Service was great, Kyle kept our drinks full and checked on us often.

Our server was superb; the food was superb; the ambience is always good. The noise level was just right in order to hear all of us at the table. We are never disappointed when we visit Connor's! I can't remember our server's name but we were there Saturday, January 25, with an 11:30 resrvation.

Etch is truly a culinary gem that exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. Their attentiveness throughout the meal was impeccable, offering thoughtful suggestions and ensuring we were comfortable and happy at every step. The ambience is both chic and inviting, striking a perfect balance between modern sophistication and cozy charm. Whether you’re looking for a romantic date night or a place to celebrate with friends, Etch creates the ideal atmosphere for an unforgettable dining experience. The food though is the real star. We were blown away by the creative and flavorful dishes. The venison was cooked to perfection, tender and bursting with flavor. The octopus and shrimp bruschetta appetizer was a delightful blend of textures and tastes, showcasing the chef’s innovative approach. And don’t even get me started on the brussels sprouts – hands down the best I’ve ever had! They were crispy, savory, and absolutely addictive. While you don’t need a side with your entree, we highly recommend the brussel sprouts. If you’re looking for a restaurant that offers outstanding food, incredible service, and an elegant yet comfortable setting, I can’t recommend Etch enough. I moved from Houston 4 yrs ago . I ate weekly at Perry’s for 35 + years when it was just a neighborhood restaurant/ butcher-shop. I have missed it dearly until I had a wonderful “seniors” 3 course meal at the Nashville site at lunch . Now they just need to duplicate their TexMex- Austin site here in Nashville , where good TexMex is rare Thanks to “Alec wirh a C” who embodies the professional waiter Perry’s is known for. Always a good place to take people who have hearing issues. It is not too loud and makes a pleasant place to have conversations even when you do not have someone wearing hearing aides.
