We all had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, the service outstanding and we truly enjoyed celebrating 2 family birthdays at the Chart House , Monterey. Our little dogs also enjoyed some prime rib afterward. Everyone was happy!

Nice and beautifully located with pretty views. Unfortunately food and service were lacking, we felt rushed and they forgot our dessert. If you are looking for a place with beautiful views and this is your only option go for a coffee or a drink. Food is nothing special.

Stunning historic house turned chic restaurant This was the best dining experience in our trip to Monterey The atmosphere is gorgeous and interesting with the different rooms used in this house. Service is impeccable and the food was really on point. Way better experience than any restaurant on cannery row (like the Charr House) Will come here again and again. It is pricey. Just know that but everything was to perfection at least.

Went on christmas eve. It was expectedly crowded. Food was awesome. Great service. Its a pricey place, we paid $180 for two people. But we don’t eat out much so it was great! The waitress was very nice, attentive. Not like Il Fornaio in Carmel on Thanksgiving. That place had horrible service!! Tarpys is great!
