My husband and I go here every year after attending the DSBG Holiday Lights program. This is absolutely our favorite restaurant and never disappoints. The ribs are absolutely, hands down the best ribs we have ever had. The Cajun aioli and fried pickles - scrumptious. This year, we had pairings with a peanut butter chocolate microbrew from a local brewery. Just WOW!

First time trying Drift this evening for a holiday dinner with one of our customers. From the sweet greetings of the hostess, excellent, attentive waitress, to our incredible food it was a wonderful experience. The restaurant is gorgeous with such a warm, elegant ambiance. We will be back for a date night.

This was on the to do list for a little time and wanted to make it special occasion when we did go. So for her 50th, it was a plan of mine. Seating near the kitchen was at first a bad idea, but to see the love and perfection going into your food was great. Also saw how organize they work with and around each other. Waitress and waiters did a phenomenal job and made our first time turn into planning to come back soon. Great job to all.

Food is amazing. The chef is very creative and imaginative. Staff is exemplary, helpful and attentive. We will be coming through again in January and will be sure to book another reservation.

We were in the area from out of town. We were not sure what to expect when we decided to go to the restaurant. It was amazing. There were so many unique entree choices. I got the Sultan’s Chicken and it was superb. The chicken was moist and the sauce was creamy and lightly seasoned with saffron. I wish that we had this restaurant near our home. I would definitely be a regular customer. We highly recommend Constantine’s.
