Great food and a wonderful staff. Our only complaint is that our food did not arrive hot which was surprising given the caliber of the food and service.

Been here many times with no issues. This time my wife and I ordered the lobster roll which comes with chips (like French fries) I asked if I can sub for regular fries and was told yes. My wife asked if she could sub for a vegetable and was told yes which she did. When the bill came the waitress added $4.95 for the fries and $10.95 for the vegetable. Not to mention that they applied an 18% tip.I usually give 25% tip but when they demand an 18% tip that is what they get. They dont trust the customer to tip accordingly.

Another great meal with excellent service from Brad. The manager was also very friendly and comped us a budino dessert just to be nice and wish us happy holidays. We as a family have been so very lucky to have traveled all over the world. We eat out quite often in search of the best restaurant ever! Four out of the five of us said Akira Back was a tie for the number one spot of all the places that we have ever been! We also unanimously agreed that Savannah was the very best server we have ever experienced and we mean that wholeheartedly!!!Savannah was our culinary guide through a sampling of the entire Akira Back menu. It was simply an outstanding and eclectic dining experience that included the freshest and highest quality ingredients available. She was highly professional, well versed and knowledgeable with all aspects of the menus, kind, funny, helpful, attentive, so interesting and just a pleasure to be around! Those few comments barely convey how exceptional she was. Savannah’s efforts made our holiday celebration so very special!
