Trevor, the GM, checked on us multiple times throughout our dining experience. Meat variation was awesome, cooked to perfection, and the servers were very accommodating even given the fact it was Valentines Day and the busiest we have ever seen the location (probably 10th time here). Could not have made it any better, A++ experience! Never disappointed.

It had been a few years since we dined at Next Door, and we did not know what to expect. Needless-to-say our Valentine's dinner was absolutely fantastic. The service was amazing, including our waitress, Bethany who was super attentive and friendly, and the dining room manager, Sean, who was actively engaged overseeing and helping the wait staff. Even the bus girl topped off my waterglass no fewer than 5 times. The food was superb - and we especially enjoyed the featured Australian Wagyu steak, along with the grilled bronzini. The chocolate toffee lava cake was to die for, and a perfect end to our Valentine's meal. The live entertainment (guitar/vocal) really added to the atmosphere. Bravo Next Door!

I’m dairy free and the chef was able to accommodate everything I asked for (I gave the waitress backups that didn’t require modification if my requests couldn’t be met but none of the backups were needed). The chef made chicken Marsala without butter, sautéed the onions without butter (s/he made them sooo good), and provided an alternate dip for the calamari that didn’t have dairy. Other entrees we got were filet, Delmonico steak, and Alfredo. Oh and mozzarella fritta and shrimp cocktail for apps. If you’re looking for that old fashioned giant delicious shrimp, it’s here. So so good. Cocktail sauce definitely has some bite too. All were delicious and the reason we chose to come here again. The only cons were we didn’t get bread (we had so much food anyway we didn’t really need it so didn’t say anything) and there was a cold draft where we were seated but again decided it was fine since we could see they were clearly very busy that night.

We have never had a bad meal at Nolan’s. We eat there 5-6 times annually. It’s a favorite for our special nights out. Last night was equally favorable with great service, a cozy ambience as we sat near the fireplace and a delicious and beautifully prepared meal. Our only concern (a first) was that the food was not served as hot as we anticipated. It was not cold or luke warm but not hot enough to last most of the meal. We did share that information with the waitress after the meal was over. We’ll absolutely return. It’s a well run establishment that provides a great dining experience.

This was our first visit for my daughter and I. The food was excellent and our server in particular was exceptional. We were so impressed by this young professional who commutes from Buffalo.
