We really enjoyed our evening. Your staff are fantastic. Chu’s customer service was outstanding. He was excellent and very helpful. He was also extremely attentive. He really made our experience enjoyable. He explained every course so well and was a really lovely server. He made our meal very relaxing and an enjoyable experience. We also then had a drink at the bar and Kuba deserves a special mention for making my partner a special birthday surprise with his drink of dry ice. He was also very knowledgeable on the menu and very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a lovely evening. Your staff are what make the experience worth it even more so than the food and they are invaluable.

Great evening until time for bill. Waited 35 minutes for check to leave. Steak was perfect as well as the sides

Bills restaurant is an ideal place to eat when visiting Cardiff City centre.The location is within walking distance to all amenities. It's noisy outside but when you enter Bills there is a sense of calmness where you instantly relax. Personnel welcome you with a friendly smile and are tentative throughout your dining experience. There is a wide selection on the menu and it is good value for money so I urge you to give Bills a try

The food in this Inn is what I would call real pub food and it is excellent value, it does REAL chips. It`s a bit noisy now and again particularly when there is a family occasion but just find a table a little away from them as the lounge bar is a large area. If you are of a certain age they provide a Seniors menu , slightly smaller portions but for the price you pay excellent value.I must give a mention of the staff who are excellent NOTHING is to much trouble for them and they are always friendly and helpful even when they are very busy.
