Restaurants near Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary

La Trattoria Oceanside is a wonderful restaurant with delicious entrees in a casual white table cloths which never disappoints. Tiffany, our favorite waitress, makes our dining experience very pleasant.

We arrived and were seated and within seconds were brought water and menus. Within 5 minutes we ordered drinks and appetizer. Drinks and appetizer arrived together, we ordered our dinner at that time. Our dinner arrived, again within minutes. We were completely taken care of appetizers, drinks, meal within 17 minutes. Our experience was great. If your wondering the attention to time? We originally went to Plaza Grill with a reservation and walked out after 20 minutes with “zero service”. Or even a hello after we were seated. Previously on the weekend visited Looe Key, after 20-25 minutes not even addressed, we left. Thank you Castaways for offering what is drastically missing in the Keys “ Good Service” to your customers

Our server, Bob, was just wonderful. Polite, prompt, knowledgeable,caring and fun. Food was great as it always is, but Bob is what made our night memorable tonight.

Crab Benedict was an awesome. Loved the hash browns as well there are like a small potato pancake. Daughter had blueberry pancakes she said best ever. Other daughter had the power breakfast smoothie and said it was awesome. Parked in garage right behind the dock $21 to park not too bad we are use to Chicago parking lol. Well worth the trip top notch. The address given in maps doesn’t put you exactly where we needed to be. Ask directions and that helped a bunch.

Lovely place to celebrate a birthday with friends and the food was delicious! My husband was happy to be able to keep track of the football game on the TVs!
