Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house.     From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by The friendliest, receptionist or manager then you are led to your table. The wait time to place your order is almost immediately. The ambience, the food the dining experience is by far the best. A big thank you to the whole staff for making our dining experience, one of the best experiences.

    Food was exceptionally delicious. The chicken fried lobster tails were fried to perfection with just the perfect about of sweet and spicy sauce, the macaroni and cheese was cheesy, broccoli was amazing and the baked potatoes were the largest potatoes I’ve ever seen in my life.

    Food was visually appealing and great vibes. Great views and everyone with the dresscode dresses very nice. The “inspection” downstairs before you go up definitely helps enforce it. Feels exclusive. For the prices I would expect a leveling up of the food but it was definitely good. I would say they miss the price v food quality balance by about 10-15% in pricing.

    Had a lovely dinner for a holiday celebration. Despite running behind with reservations and clearly being slammed. Our servers were attentive and calm. Great wine recommendation for our dinner. Gave us a cheese plate as we were seated on the house. Well done!
