Marche, located in Eugene, Oregon, opened in August 1998. The restaurant, which seats 80 guests, has an exhibition kitchen featuring a beautiful wood-fired oven. We had a great experience at Marche. I had coq au vin which was delicious and tender. The service was outstanding and the timing perfect. Our server was very professional. It was expensive but I expected that. I’m glad we celebrated our anniversary here.
