Our restaurant setting is in an open air palm made "palapa". Enjoy a relaxing ambiance made by scenic surf view, soft Latin jazz, sea breeze and the sound of the surf breaking on the beach. Our "7 Seas" project is a gastronomical endeavor in search of exciting fresh seafood dishes made of fish caught from according to Jacques Cousteau "one of the great aquariums in the world": the sea of Cortez. Dishes are inspired from Old and New world, Oriental and Mexican legacies. As a complement to our main menu, we offer Mexican dinner specialties. Wine is carefully selected and brought from wineries all over the "7 Seas" from California, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, France, Italy, Germany, Australia and New Zealand. Our bread, desserts and pastries are done in-house by our talented pastry chef.

Gorgeous night to be outdide. Decent wine list. We went w local Guadalupe SB. Well paired w stuffed seafood Chiles Relleno, Treasure Chocolata Clams Casino, stuffed Shrimp Ravioli in cream sauce.Finished w the best Churros în a long time. Also 2 little amuse bouche and petite cheese cake. Priced for value. So Uber out of your hotel or timeshare for a fine Cabos au Fresco dinner!

    We loved our date night at Carbon Cabron! Service was excellent, atmosphere is really nice, and the food was outstanding. We truly enjoyed everything we ordered. Wine pairing suggestions were perfect. This is a great spot for a date night or celebration dinner. We've been a few times before and plan to continue visiting. It's our favorite spot for a good steak in Los Cabos. Thank you for a special night!!

    Fantastic location, service and most importantly sushi/sashimi. Beautiful presentation. Waiter made suggestions on rolls we weren’t familiar with. Would highly recommend if you want a great sushi experience
