Visiting from California, I found the food and service to be exceptional! Better than any other Ritz Carlton Ive been to. Celebrated my daughters birthday with an afternoon tea, and the team went above and beyond for us. I am forever grateful for the beautiful memories they gave us that we will remember forever!

There are several items listed on the menu that were not available on the day. I didn't see Otak-otak, Mint Sauce, BBQ Brick Oven Flatbreads & Special Pass Around. Most of the food tasted rather bland, especially the round-shaped BBQ Station Salmon and the round-shaped beef. They needed to be eaten with all the available sauces to enhance the flavor. The presentation of the food was not as luxurious and exciting as imagined. Overall, the options offered were appropriate for the promotional price.
