A beautiful restaurant nestled in an even more beautiful hotel, with gracious staff and exquisite decor.\n\nThe meal was flawless. Friendly staff met us at the door, led us to the restaurant, and seated us immediately. A small stool was delivered so my purse didn’t have to sit on the floor (a lovely touch). A delicate beetroot puree and fresh breads was a perfect start. The real triumph was our starter (although all parts of the meal were absolutely phenomenal): the squash and sage gnochettis. I will dream of this dish anytime I think about our trip to to Nice. Petite gnocchi in a brown butter/sage sauce with squash… absolutely to die for. Our mains, steak and braised turbot either mussels, were both 5 star.\n\nCannot recommend highly enough. Open in warmer months, our poolside grill restaurant serves a selection of lighter dishes inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean, including raw vegetables, fresh salads, risotto, fresh pasta and perfectly grilled catch of the day...all set against the deep blue backdrop of the Mediterranean sea.
There is no other score than 5 stars. A beautiful restaurant nestled in an even more beautiful hotel, with gracious staff and exquisite decor.
The meal was flawless. Friendly staff met us at the door, led us to the restaurant, and seated us immediately. A small stool was delivered so my purse didn’t have to sit on the floor (a lovely touch). A delicate beetroot puree and fresh breads was a perfect start. The real triumph was our starter (although all parts of the meal were absolutely phenomenal): the squash and sage gnochettis. I will dream of this dish anytime I think about our trip to to Nice. Petite gnocchi in a brown butter/sage sauce with squash… absolutely to die for. Our mains, steak and braised turbot either mussels, were both 5 star.
Cannot recommend highly enough. Add in the convenience of booking on open table, and o could not ask for more.
