We had a great dinner experience to celebrate my husbands birthday.

Our tour guides were great! We loved the "Taste Like a Chef" segment. Only complaint was the trays for the Taste Like a Chef segment were late arriving due to staff shortage.

Our server, Taylor, was very helpful. All the students we dealt with were eager to tell about their background and future plans. The food was beautifully presented and was delicious. We especially loved our desserts. The only complaint was this was a special birthday for one at our table and I had notified the restaurant in advance. In the past the Italian restaurant would give a birthday card signed by the staff and a happy birthday chocolate with dessert. I assumed all restaurants did something similar, but apparently now. Still, it was a wonderful day.

Service was terrific. Local Millbrook Winery and their Pino Noir was on the menu and was a perfect match to the risotto dish on the menu. True, this restaurant is in the lobby area of the hotel, but the ambiance seems to work. We eat at a table as it was a quiet Wednesday evening. However the bar area looked inviting as well.
