It is pricey, but it was by far the best brunch buffet menu we’ve ever enjoyed. Farm to table quality in tasty salads and roast vegetables. Nice charcuterie and cheese selection. Fresh baked breads and wonderful pastries. Not to mention the fresh seafood, and lamb or trip tip roasts for those who enjoy a heavier meal. Or if you like a more traditional breakfast, there is an omelette station and eggs benedict as well. Something to please everyone, and all of it delicious, served on a lovely patio with live music playing under the gorgeous oak tree below. A delightful brunch!

We recently celebrated our anniversary at Mastro’s in Thousand Oaks, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was elegant and inviting, setting the perfect tone for a special evening. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure every detail was just right. The cocktails were expertly crafted, and the wine selection was impressive. For dinner, we indulged in the filet mignon, which was cooked to perfection, and the buttery lobster mashed potatoes were a decadent treat. Of course, we couldn’t leave without ordering the famous butter cake—an absolute must-try! The entire evening felt luxurious and celebratory, and we truly appreciated the impeccable service and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion, Mastro’s in Thousand Oaks is the perfect choice. We’ll definitely be back!

I made a reservation for us ahead of time on Open Table. We we seated close to on time for that reservation. Our service was outstanding. We had to be patient though. They were very busy because it was Valentine's Day weekend. So we had to wait for everything. The drinks, the appetizers, the meal. But the server did offer to pull our meals when we ordered the appetizers because he knew they were busy and didn't want us to have to wait for them. Which was very thoughtful and professional on his part. Great place for a date night or special occasion. Not for a family dinner.

Service is A1+: everyone knows their job and performs it seamless. We had four different people (ordering, server from kitchen, busboy, plus various managers checking on us throughout the meal). After the meal, Our main server even helped my father-in-law navigate his walker down the ramp outside to the car. Food is also consistently excellent. Steaks are high quality beef and cooked to perfection. Sides and sauces are abundant and interesting. The baby lettuce salad is my FAVORITE: the perfect combination of ingredients, so fresh and beautifully dressed! For dessert definitely order the beignets (the closest you can get to New Orleans in Camarillo). Blissful!!!

Lively and energetic new restaurant! It’s a keeper. Friendly attentive staff. The food and drinks are excellent! Definitely will keep going back.
