Restaurants near Mission Valley Shopping Center

Irregardless is a gem; it’s certainly a neighborhood gem but many travel from all parts of Raleigh and beyond. At Sunday brunch, I organized a family gathering for six and for a service dog (he partook of some bacon). Three of us were visiting and one is from Durham who is a a vegan and was most appreciative of the menu choices. The wait staff was fabulous, especially considering the restaurant was full up. And we all loved our food selections which quickly arrived. The venue has a friendly vibe and we enjoyed the live music. We will return again and again.

Lilly was a great server. Food came out at a good pace. Price of food was exactly what is expected for quality of the restaurant. We were seated in the center of the dining room at a table for two didn’t feel crowded at all especially for valentines day.

Service was outstanding, ambiance was exquisite. Seating was very comfortable. Prices are high but you are paying for the ambiance. Reminds me of eating in west palm beach. Very classy. Portions sizes were all good. I had the RH Bellini.. good flavor, tasty drink. Started with the crispy artichokes. They had good flavor. Was my friend's first time trying artichokes and he enjoyed them. Next, I had the the Branzino. Friend had the Ribeye. Not a ton of flavor. Expect more flavor for the price.. but still, not bad. Truffle fries and asparagus were both good. Finished with the butterscotch brûlée. Sweet and it was enough for us to share. Overall, we enjoyed the meal and experience. We went for lunch. We didn't have to wait and it wasn't over crowded.

This was our first sushi experience in Raleigh since we recently relocated and O-Ku made it a great one! The sushi was fresh and delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. The service was top notch, thanks to our fabulous waiter, Austin, who was amazing! If you're a sushi lover or just in the mood for something special, Sushi O-Ku is highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at dinner the night before Valentines Day. Our waiter took care of us and the food was impeccable as always. We enjoy the understated atmosphere and it all together made for a great meal.
