Due to our high volume and traffic, we cannot hold tables for parties like a reservation system. We have a system called Priority Seating. This system secures a table within our restaurant, however, it does not guarantee an exact seat by time. Priority is placed on your party, and if we are on a wait, your party is placed on top of the wait list as a priority. We will seat you as fast as possible, but cannot guarantee an exact time.     Dabney & Co. is one-of-a-kind in Kalamazoo. The cocktails are hand-crafted. They look as good as they taste. Wonderful cozy atmosphere. Best of all is the staff and owners. We always feel welcome. It doesn’t get any better than this!

    Me and my partner had such an amazing experience, we came to celebrate our anniversary and the staff made it feel extra special for us the entire night. It was such a great dinner and service, it was both of our first times coming to brick and brine. We will now be making it a habit to come here more often to eat the amazing food. Its hard to put into words really on how amazing the experience was, thank you to our server Ella for being so kind and going above and beyond for our dinner!
