The atmosphere is delightful. It’s a mix of old world marble museum with modern comforts and flair. The staff is knowledgeable without being pretentious. Hanan was our server, and she was the perfect mix of knowledgeable, sought help when needed (wine pairings), and the right amount of attentive without hovering. The food was an amazing experience with every bite, and our wine pairing was perfect. Try the yellowfin tuna tartare with the Chablis, and the risotto with the Paul Jaboulet Aîné Syrah. The nose on the wine was worth every dollar, especially after it had aired out a bit. I wish I could afford to come here every month!

This is one of the busiest restaurants in Ottawa but I was never willing to wait at the door for a table to be available since there are so many other restaurants around Lansdowne. However, I finally made a reservation to go and I see why the restaurant is so popular, even though prices are on the high side. Everyone at our table loved the food and the service was the best I’ve experienced in Ottawa for a while. Mia was so attentive. You have to try this place at least once.

We requested a booth on the reservation and they didnt reserve one at first but then were able to accomodate us. The server was great, very friendly and quick. The food and drinks were delicious. Ambience is perfect for all occasions. Only note the prime rib cut was very fatty, and it took 3 ladies at the front to issue me a single gift card… more training i think is needed.

Lunch with co-workers for a holiday get together and it was just what we needed. Food was delicious, ambiance was perfect; cozy and inviting and staff lovely!

The ambiance and vibe was very cool. I would definitely go again for brunch. The service was good but twice they came to our table with orders that weren't ours and when paying they entered the wrong amount for a guest with us. The food overall was good. I am vegan and there was only one option which isn't rare for a French restaurant but the tofu was dry. However, overall this was a good dining experience, with a great vibe, and friendly staff.
