Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. It was semi empty when we came in, we were sat quickly, our server Alan was amazing, attentive and helpful with menu questions. We ordered Croquetas de atun, star of the show simple yet delicious leaving a lasting impression, followed by the Ceviche Contramar, fresh citrusy seafood an amazing option. We also ordered ensalada de pulpo con patatas, the most buttery soft and succulent octopus I've ever had in my entire life truly delicious and amazingly cooked ! Our entree was the fish with green and red spread the red spread was highly favored over the green but still delicious. For the finale we order the banana dessert and chocolate brownie with nuts and vanilla ice cream ! Truly truly truly one of the most amazing desserts ! The banana dessert was amazing well thought and made dessert ! Overall 9/10 ! Thanks to everyone at Entremar
