Food is outstanding and service is impeccable. Eclectic but not overly expansive menu. Everything done to perfection.More infoHudson House - River OaksPrice: Moderate• American• River Oaks•4.7
- SBSundayBruncherVIPNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOne of the best tea service offerings in Houston, with generous portions that will have you ready for a second pot of tea before you’re done! After trying some of Houston’s higher-end tea spots, I can confidently say the food here is top-notch. That said, the service was lacking—we waited over 10 minutes to see a waiter and rarely saw them afterward for refills or check-ins. I understand it’s the holidays and servers are stretched thin, but the restaurant wasn’t full, which made the delays more noticeable. With more attentive service, this place could easily blow others out of the water. The space could also use some sun shading for comfort during the day. The espresso martini has great flavor but could benefit from a better shake for a proper cream top. Lastly, the parking situation is confusing and nearly non-existent—a heads-up about the limited parking in the rear would be helpful.More infoEmma JanePrice: Expensive• Contemporary French / American• River Oaks•4.1
