The lamb chops were the star of the meal. Cooked to perfection, they were beautifully seared on the outside, creating a delightful crust that locked in the juices. The seasoning was spot on, allowing the natural flavor of the lamb to shine while adding just the right amount of warmth and depth. The presentation was equally impressive, with the chops elegantly arranged on the plate, garnished with fresh herbs that added a pop of color.

Leaving Butcher & Rose, Me wife and I felt a profound connection—not just to the exceptional food, but to the passion and creativity infused into every dish. It was an evening of indulgence, where each bite told a story, and every flavor was a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to excellence. We will Definitely be back. If you’re gluten free - this is a great restaurant to visit!! Basically everything on the menu (with some exceptions) could be made gluten free, and they even offered a GF bread which was delicious. And the nice part about this also was the fact that they didn’t up charge for GF options like many other places I’ve gone to do!! It’s the little things that make the experience so much better.

This visit was kind of different. It was my 2nd time coming here and of course we were served nicely. Although I noticed the food was very salty. I had wine so it's kind of helping with that but it literally stings our tongue. We got the burger, wings, thai mussels and clam chowder. Overall it was nice, except for that salty food.

Our waitress was amazing! She was very attentive, made great suggestions, & went above & beyond for our birthday celebration. We recommend the eggplant parmesan, margherita pizza, arancini, and the Berry Blast cocktail. The birthday girl got a free dessert & a spiked strawberry with a huge “sparkler” lit up to commemorate the evening. This was our first time here & we will be back!
