Restaurants near Newcastle Hotel

Mike our server was great- some large groups so took awhile to get offered another cocktail etc but he was doing great considering. Lobster pasta was great and scallops were best I've had in Va Beach. All around a great night for my birthday dinner with friends.

Beautifully decorated for the holidays, Becca was packed with holiday diners. I had the she crab soup, which was the best I ever had, I also had the fall harvest salad with beets, kale, spiced pistachios and goat cheese. Both were delicious. My fellow diners all had the smoked Turkey club, also very good although the toasted bread made it difficult to eat. Service was a bit slow but perhaps they didn’t have enough help or it could been our server who was not very forthcoming. All in all a great experience and will certainly dine there again!

Everything was delicious! Salmon sashimi, firecracker cauliflower, jumbo scallops, ribeye, green tea tiramisu & a chocolate martini. I'd 1000% recommend. The scallops were like butter!

View of the Atlantic was fantastic. My friend was a first time having Indian cuisine, so the buttered chicken was a great choice..

It’s. Beach bar and grill, food and drinks are decent service was decent and pleasant, apparently a reservation doesn’t exactly mean anything though, hostess said yeah I see you have a reservation, but we already set all the tables so it’s gonna be a little bit. You can sit at the bar. 🙄 OK not that I mind sitting in a bar. Wait wasn’t all that bad maybe 25 minutes
