- SSalRhode Island •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoBest restaurant in Newport, outstanding food, outstanding drinks, and outstanding service. As an example of the attention to detail, the waiter even replaced my wife’s white napkin with a black napkin (we didn’t ask for this) so that she would not get white lint on her dark pants!More info22 Bowens Wine Bar and GrillePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Newport•4.8
- MMarieGreater Boston •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWaitress was enthusiastic and attentive. Made excellent suggestions. Checked on us often without being intrusive. Food was delicious. We had the bistro salad with salmon and pub burger with caramelized onions.More infoJo's American BistroPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Newport•4.7
- BBrianGreater Boston •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWe arrived late but it was not a concern for the Mooring staff. One suggestion, on the reservation add a telephone number that you can call to tell them you are running late. The number given does not connect to a real person, and is only informative. Food was great as usual. Please do not sell out to Nicholas S.More infoThe Mooring RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Newport•4.7
- JJulieNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoGreat place to eat in Newport. Tuna Tartare tacos were outstanding and NY strip steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Cherrystones were fresh and the scallops we good but a little salty. Have visited the bar on the second floor which is nice and cozy and great for alcohol infused coffees but is hard to catch open. Definitely on my list of favorite Newport restaurants.More infoMidtown Oyster BarPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Newport•4.4
- DDr. HollyNew York City •5 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoFlora is one of the best restaurants in town. The ambience is absolutely beautiful, particularly with the Holiday decorations. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. The staff is friendly and very competent. We have been several times and have always enjoyed it. We will go back, again and again!More infoFlora at Gardiner House - NewportPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Newport•4.6
