Restaurants near Nordfriedhof Underground Station

My family of 3 shared Christmas lunch at Brenner this year while visiting Munich. It was easily one of the best meals we’ve ever had, and certainly at Christmas. We were seated by the pasta kitchen, so got to watch many of the dishes being made before we ordered. Every dish we had was lovely: beef with potatoes and béarnaise, tagliatelle with beef ragout, grilled prawns, crème brûlée, apple crumble and home made bread. The service was excellent, the restaurant beautiful. We really enjoyed this lovely surprise. Thanks to the restaurant staff for working through Christmas. They made the occasion very special for us.

We loved Champions. The food was incredible the wait staff were so attentive and patient with our very large group of 12 people. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to have a great meal with fun, engaging staff.

Authentic German dishes, perfect place to have a beer and schnitzel. Delicious vegetarian options available as well. Service is warm, friendly and efficient.

Overall a very nice and professional restaurant. Food is also good and portions are fair. Unfortunately the wine is a bit too expensive, no which makes it less attractive to lean back and “wine&dine”…
