We are a high-low, fine-casual concept making simple, seasonal American cuisine inspired by the culinary traditions of Italy, France, & Spain. Expect to see dishes that you are used to seeing at fancy restaurants & some you would typically find at a drive-thru or dive bar. but they all are served on a plate from Goodwill. Our menus are ever-changing, not just by the season but by the day. we embrace change, creativity & inspiration every chance we get.For groups of 2 people, we recommend ordering 4-6 dishes from the three sections of the menu (depending on how hungry you are!). for example - 2 snacks, 1 small share plate, & 1 large share plate.The food is designed to be enjoyed family-style.     We had brunch and it was DELICIOUS! It's a lovely place with two separate areas, the bar and the dining room. We were the only people there so we sat in the bar. Our server, Liv, was wonderful! The food is amazing and they are very generous! We are looking forward to going back when the weather is warm and we can sit on the deck and watch the golfers!

    This place is always nice, we got window seats and had a beautiful view. The service was great and not intrusive, the food was wonderful. My husband has the tacos, I had the steelhead sandwich. We splurged in the Cherry buckle. It was delicious. I recommend this place for special occasions.

    My wife and I went for a date night to try a new place. We try a new one each month and this month was Sliced. I had the Pastrami sandwich and my wife had the Bison burger. Both were well prepared and cooked to perfection. As we eat with our eyes first, I noticed the meals were plated neatly on slabs instead of plates which was a cool look. The service staff was very helpful, cheery and polite. Overall this was a great dining experience for us and we will be back again.
