True Indian lovers in Nottingham will already be familiar with this acclaimed restaurant on Maid Marian Way. A modern space with bucket-loads of style and a menu that had the restaurant named 'Runner Up Best Restaurant' by The Observer Food Monthly Awards. This ornate, luxe dining room is dressed with maroon coloured feature walls, Indian craftwork and leather sofas. Always fabulous food and service and the fact that it is not licenced isn’t a problem. Their homemade lemon juice is delicious and accompanies the food perfectly. Our go to place for any occasion.

We are here on a Saturday evening, family of 3 with a toddler. The place was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The staff were friendly but appeared to be overstretched. Food was delicious although we had to ask if there was actually crab in the prawn and crab linguine. I was assured there was. Service was good although a little slow. Food wasn’t overly hot when it arrived but it was ok.
