At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Went there with two of my friends and had the most fabulous sea bass dinner with a parsley cream sauce. It was served atop a bit of quinoa and shaved beets which was indescribably delicious. My friend had a wagyu beef burger that she said was out of this world. The atmosphere is wonderful and the food and service were just as wonderful. I would highly recommend this restaurant

The food is absolutely incredible. My new favorite temaki. Great quality fish and lots of options. The service, however, was so-so. We sat at the counter, and the waitress was slow and the sushi chef behind the bar was not very friendly. The restaurant has a very nice vibe but on a cold winter day the entire place can’t seem to keep warm. They have nothing stopping cold air from rushing into the entire restaurant every time someone opens the front door. Overall still an enjoyable experience.

Bivio consistently impresses. It is the ultimate destination for classic Neapolitan pizza. Although they have expanded their menu, it is important to note that pizza remains the standout dish. Pizza enthusiasts should definitely give it a try. While the meal is not inexpensive, the value is undeniable. The BYOB option also helps keep the overall cost more manageable.
