Restaurants near Oatlands Court House

Our greeter (apologies I did not get his name) was fantastic! As it was our first time he explained where the food is sourced from and how the meat is cooked. Went through the menu and during the meal came over to see how everything was. He was fantastic!

As usual, a lovely experience. Our waiter, Thibault, was charming and the sommelier also very helpful. The duck fat potatoes are incredible. The only improvements would be a couple more vegetarian based options. I had steak which was lovely but I do prefer vegetable based dishes. The side dishes are wonderful, plus the apple tart. The wines by the glass haven’t altered in a year so I think they could offer a couple of new wines by the glass which would be appreciated by the patrons.

Possibly the best food in Tassie! Yes it’s a wee bit pricey but what a glorious, beautiful looking array of dishes to delight the senses!!! Allow $100+ per head to get a good selection and a memorable visit.

Excellent place to stop on the way to Hobart for Lunch. Top notch service and food + whisky was great. Def on my list of places to go back to!
