Outstanding experience. Small very busy, energetic Neapolitan restaurant. Food is authentic Italian. The restaurant itself is quaint and trendy. Ianna our server was superlative. Our hostess told us our table would be ready in 5 minutes after our on time arrival and IT WAS. As a FT Naples resident, don’t know why it took us so long to go here but we cant wIt to go back

The best thing about chain restaurants is consistency. We always enjoy our meals/drinks here. We both had the fish specials (grouper and snapper) and they were delicious. I was happy we were able to get a reservation during high season in Naples.

We were celebrating our anniversary and had a wonderful experience. Our server, Carly, was sweet and attentive. She was so kind as to bring us a complementary dessert for our special occasion.The food was outstanding, especially the shrimp cocktail. We were seated at a table, not far from the bar, so the noise level was a little high — higher than in the dining room on the opposite side. But, everyone was having fun, and we had a most enjoyable time.

We had excellent service, our waiter(unfortunately can't remember his name), but was very personable and attentive. The food was great and I have dined multiple times here, always great! It was my friend's b-day and we were very impressed that he brought my friend a nice b-day card signed by all the help, such a nice personal touch along with a cake with chocolate sauce. It was so special for my friend's b-day. Thank you so much! Martha

The service, wait time and food was superb. Noticed ansy customers that came in and expecting to be waited upon and served in a couple minutes. This is a very unreasonable expectation. We arrived at 4:10, had reservations for 4:15, was seated at that time. Heike (fabulous waitress, the best in our book) proceeded to greet us, take any drink orders from 4 of us, almost immediately. Put the order in, told us of the specials….we gave her our requests. Between drinks, appetizer, main course and dessert/coffee and enjoying company and celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary……we were in and out by 6pm, no rushing………..::quality service!! This is our go to establishment…..and whenever possible we request Heike. We give Verginas a 5star.
