Restaurants near Oddicombe Beach

Absolutely incredible evening here at The Elephant for my partners birthday meal. We've been looking forward to it for weeks! This was our first time experiencing a Michelin star restaurant so we might have gone in with high expectations, however, the team at The Elephant absolutely smashed those expectations and more. The food was devine, such great attention to detail on the tasting menu, nothing felt out of place and we couldn't fault a single thing. The service was also impeccable from our coats being taken, to the table being cleared of any crumbs halfway through. A huge thank you to everyone for making the night so special. We'll be thinking about this experience for a long time!

Celebrated my wife’s birthday here! Overall ambiance was exellent. The food was amazing! The staff was wonderful! The f&b staff who attended to us was very professional and served us with a smile. The wild mushroom Tagliatelle was the best I’ve ever had. The Salmon was cooked to perfection too! The live band outside was a bonus. Such a lovely experience spending birthdays here. Did not disappoint at any thing we are satisfied just like last year but this year’s menu was far more better than the previous one. Portion was good. We found the mouth watering calamari in paignton that we had last year on the sister’s hotel next door so we are very happy.
