Restaurants near Ogunquit Playhouse

There are very few restaurants that give you first class service and great food. Clay Hill fits the bill. It is the romantic date night spot. It is also a spot to catch up with friends. In full disclosure our daughter had a beautiful reception at Clay Hill 10 years ago. The staff was wonderful, food and ambiance were perfect and everyone had a great time. I recommend Clay Hill Farm any chance I get!

Outstanding service, excellent food, amazing atmosphere!

The Burkett never disappoints. This time around, the Caesar salad was perfect - well balanced dressing and the boquerones were a nice touch. Our main courses, statler chicken breast on risotto, and baked stuffed haddock, could not have been better. Both were cooked perfectly and delivered hot. The room is lovely and the service friendly but not intrusive. Stop by for dinner; you will not be disappointed.

Lovely setting outside as we pulled up, taken to private seating area away from the other diners with a lovely view of a Christmas tree. Service was great while we listened to a sax and guitar duo in another room. Partner and I shared an appetizer, then.had salmon and halibut entrees, so much so, we had to take some home. On our way out, we had to stop in to the bar area and leave tips for the great musicians. You need to try this for yourselves!

A sensational evening. The host, Amy our server, the food, the ambience, the whole experience is off the charts impressive. If you haven't been here let me tell you in no uncertain terms get you derrière here sooner than later & enjoy this French Bistro. Tonight I wanted a1/2 dozen oysters with a wine mignonette unfortunately they were all sold out. Do I order french onion soup or do I just jump in & go with The steak frites? or should I have the day boat scallops? I'll tell you I'm having a very hard time deciding on what entree I will have. What do i do??? Ok I've decided I'll have the French onion soup & steak frites. I'm stuffed I have to take home 1/2 my dinner. Not a bad thing to enjoy some steak tomorrow morning. No room for dessert but the deserts sounded wonderful. Oops all my pictures somehow disappeared. I can tell you they were great pictures of all our food & the menus.
