- EElizabethColumbus •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoLovely, steak was exceptional. Pricey, but you get what you pay for. Our service was spot on and you guys never disappoint. As far as ambiance, dark and sultry just how we love it. I ordered the Kosar and will probably get again as it comes with lobster too so you get a lil mix of things. When we arrived we saw that there was no happy hour as it was Valentines Day and we had a time limit of 1.5 hours to be done. I didn't really love that but I get it. As it turned out we were out of there in 1.25 hours and never felt any pressure to leave either. Just a great restaurant that we'll always come back to. Maybe our 3rd - 4th visit and my husbands favorite steak venue. We will always come back. thank you for taking care of us so expertly. - AAnthonyColumbus •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoHudson 29 is a standout in Columbus’s dining scene, offering a refined yet approachable atmosphere with an emphasis on high-quality ingredients and expert preparation. From the moment you step in, the warm lighting, modern decor, and welcoming staff set the stage for a memorable meal. While the menu offers a well-curated selection of steaks, salads, and fresh seafood, the pan-seared blackened scallops steal the show. These scallops are absolute perfection—expertly seared to create a crisp, caramelized crust that locks in their natural sweetness while the blackening spices add just the right amount of smoky heat. Each bite is rich, buttery, and melts in your mouth, balanced beautifully with a velvety smooth sauce that enhances the dish without overpowering it. Beyond the scallops, Hudson 29 offers a strong selection of wines and cocktails to pair with your meal, along with consistently excellent service. Whether you’re looking for a date night spot, a business dinner, or just a place to treat yourself, this Cameron Mitchell gem delivers every time. If you’re a seafood lover, do yourself a favor and order the blackened scallops—you won’t regret it.More infoHudson 29 - Upper ArlingtonPrice: Expensive• American• Upper Arlington•4.8

- LlouCleveland / Akron / Canton •6 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoVery pleasant experience, waitress was very prompt, service was good. Food was very good. We had the Sunday Supper and salmon. Both were very good. Our reservation was at 6:30 and we were seated 20minutes early. We dined on the Tuesday of Valentines week, and the dining room was full. The dining room itself was small, and rather noisy for an intimate restaurant. The only thing that was disappointing was there was no bread on the table . Considering the entrees we had did not have a bun I would have thought something would have been brought out by the waitress. The ravioli dish I would have expected some type of bread or rolls. It still was a pleasant dinner.More infoThe Whitney HousePrice: Moderate• American• Worthington•4.5
