Tranquil ambience, a beautiful setting in the interior of a small colonial hotel apart from the chaos of el centro. Restrained, friendly, professional service. Chef Dan Corona is doing something amazing with food: reducing dishes to their component flavors and textures without deconstructing it to oblivion or esoterica. Pure food. Lovely.
