Their friendship and working relationship, which has lasted over 20 years was so successful, they decided to pool their resources and stake a claim in downtown Napa's expanding culinary scene.     Bar Lucia has become one our favorites in Napa! A must stop for lunch or a break in the afternoon! The food is excellent; this time we enjoyed the roast chicken sandwich and the bacon avocado panini. So good! The wine choices are above average; there are some boutique winery options along with some of the upper end names too. And the froze’? Yes please!! But one of the best things about Bar Lucia is Lauren behind the counter!! She knows everyone, and a lot of locals stop by which is the best recommendation for a place in the midst of a tourist destination!
