Bistro Casanova is smooth, elegant, exquisite and fun. A tropical landscaping refreshes the air surrounding the outside al fresco tables. Bistro Casanova offers Mediterranean fare, its roots coming from the Cinque Terre in Italy where the owner comes from.     Tremendous meal served by the talented Maui college culinary class students with Mark Malone as Master instructor of the precision cooking and serving classes Dining guests at Class Act rightly so rave about the total dining experience from start to finish. The food is impeccably monitored for the savory combinations of ingredients and leave your taste buds totally in awe of the flavors and creativity in every course. Securing a reservation is a challenge so be on the lookout for each semesters offerings and be delighted with the opportunity to attend one or several themed based culinary experiences. You will not be disappointed. It's the best of Maui restaurants.

    Superb! Our 4th visit - delicious fish, sauces, schnitzel. Drive for us is over an hour, so we have only been for lunch. Excellent service! A must try, you’ll go back to try new dishes!

    A nice place to dine on a golf course at sunset. Empenadas were delicious, fresh and served hot. The bread was freshly baked and served hot. All our meals were very tasty, fresh and served hot. Salmon, steaks and pastas were all very delicious. We always come back here with our large Ohana for a great meal.
